T-Odent LTD began as a private business in 2012, focusing on the dental field and implants, which inspired the company's name. Over time, our operations expanded to encompass diverse industries such as semiconductors, manufacturing, and more, reflecting our commitment to versatility and innovation.
Currently, T-Odent Ltd. has 20 Swiss-type Citizen computerized combined milling lathes, providing solutions for combined engraving and milling up to a diameter of 38 mm while maintaining precise tolerances. These advanced machines feature LFV (Low Frequency Vibration) technology, as well as other functions including formula gear, hexagonal engraving, and eccentric engraving in all shape.
Another machine designed for processing heavy chips of the Nakamora Tome type is a multi-process machine that provides solutions for engraving and milling up to a diameter of 65 mm through hole, with two spandrels, including 3 turrets equipped with a Y axis and rotating tools in all directions.
To support the production there is a conventional machinery department, the department includes two lathes and two milling cutters.
